I am a queer arts psychotherapist, ecotherapist and clinical counsellor. I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life to thrive. I invite and implement creative processes to facilitate self-expression, self-awareness and personal development in authentic, imaginative ways. I adopt a strengths-based, person-centred, approach and work closely with individuals intentions, allowing space for inquiry, exploration and meaning making. Working alongside people as a fellow traveller, I assist them in achieving their goals, to feel empowered and to convey their embodied, emotional and cognitive experiences through the arts, somatic and nature connection, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
1:1 Therapy Support
Individual art therapy, ecotherapy and counselling sessions in private practice, both in-person and online. Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants welcome. Holistic, trauma-informed, therapeutic support tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and ways of engaging.
