NDIS Services

I warmly welcome NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. Art therapy and Ecotherapy can be powerful supports in building capacity across emotional, social, physical and psychological domains—and most importantly, it can be a meaningful and enjoyable process of self-discovery.

🌈 Participant-Led and Empowering
Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and in control of their own journey. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, offering participants real choice and autonomy in how they engage. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, goals, sensory preferences, and communication styles.

🎨 Creative Expression & Regulation
Using a wide range of expressive modalities—like movement, sound, mark-making, storytelling, and image-making—sessions create space for both verbal and non-verbal communication. These creative tools can support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and coregulation through a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

🌟 Building Confidence & Connection
Making art in a supportive space can foster a strong sense of achievement and self-efficacy. Whether we're exploring identity, building routines, navigating transitions, or processing emotions, sessions offer a creative pathway toward greater confidence, connection, and wellbeing.

🛠️ Flexible and Accessible Support
I provide therapy services for both children and adults under Therapeutic Supports (Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living). Sessions are available:

  • At my Wollert studio

  • Via Telehealth, for ease and flexibility

  • At your home or residence in Melbourne’s North

  • Outdoors at parks and reserves for Ecotherapy and Nature-based sessions

✨ Whether you're an NDIS participant, carer, or support coordinator—if you’d like to explore how art therapy and ecotherapy can support your goals, I’d love to hear from you.
