NDIS Services

I warmly welcome NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. My approach is eclectic and evidence-based, drawing on somatic, creative, and experiential methods, including ecotherapy, movement, sound, and expressive practices, alongside more traditional talk-based counselling.
Every person's needs are different, and my work is shaped around what actually helps someone process, regulate, and grow - whether that's through conversation, the body, imagination, creativity, or connection with the natural world.

🌈 Participant-Led and Empowering
Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and in control of their own journey. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, offering real choice and autonomy in how we work together. Sessions are shaped around individual goals, sensory preferences, and communication styles.

🌱 Somatic, Creative and Holistic
Alongside verbal processing, I bring in body-based awareness, expressive tools, and nature connection to create space for what's often hard to put into words. These approaches can support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and a felt sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship.

🌟 Building Confidence & Connection
Whether we're exploring identity, building routines, navigating transitions, or processing emotion, sessions offer a creative and embodied pathway toward greater confidence, connection, and wellbeing.

🛠️ Flexible and Accessible Support
I provide counselling for both children and adults under Therapeutic Supports (Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living).

Sessions are available:

  • At my Wollert studio

  • Via Telehealth, for ease and flexibility

  • At your home or residence in Melbourne's North

  • Outdoors at parks and reserves for ecotherapy and nature-based sessions

✨ Whether you're an NDIS participant, carer, or support coordinator - if you'd like to explore how a creative, somatic, and evidence-based approach to counselling can support your goals, I'd love to hear from you.
