How I Can Work With You
I offer individual art therapy and psychotherapy sessions in private practice, both in-person and online. I also work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and ways of engaging.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences in a variety of settings, including homes, special care environments, schools, hospitals, and aged care. My focus is on improving overall mental health, wellbeing, and quality of life through creative, strengths-based, and compassionate support.
I welcome clients across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—and offer support in areas such as:
🌿 Depression and Anxiety
Gentle, creative approaches to exploring emotions, building self-awareness, and developing strategies for self-regulation and emotional resilience.
🌈 LGBTQIA+ Wellbeing

🌻 Life-Limiting Conditions and Chronic Illness
Compassionate, creative support for individuals and families navigating serious or long-term illness, including palliative and end-of-life care contexts.
