Therapy can feel daunting at first - full of unknowns. But it can also be a meaningful invitation to explore the deeper threads of your story. Here, you'll find inclusive, heart-centred services that honour creativity, the body, and our connection with the world around us.
Authenticity and Agency
At the core of my work is a belief in your innate wisdom. My role is to offer a supportive, respectful space where that wisdom can unfold. By centring your lived experience, I’ll support you to take meaningful steps in your own healing.
Therapy is not a passive process—it's a living, breathing relationship. You’ll be encouraged to explore your thoughts, feelings, and creative impulses in ways that feel safe and empowering. It’s about reclaiming your voice and moving in alignment with your truest self.
The Courage to Begin
Beginning therapy takes courage. It asks us to step into vulnerability and embrace the unknown. I understand how tender that first step can feel, and I’m here to walk beside you-gently, with care.

Creative Expression as Healing
Creativity is a powerful tool for connection and healing. You don’t need to be ‘good at art’—this space welcomes all forms of expression, from mark-making to movement, collage to storytelling. Art therapy can offer new ways to access and express emotions, especially when words fall short.
Many find that creative exploration opens pathways that feel both grounding and expansive, allowing deeper insight, playfulness, and self-compassion to emerge.

Nature as Ally
In a world that moves fast, nature invites us to slow down and return to ourselves. Ecotherapy weaves the natural world into the therapeutic process, reminding us that we are part of something larger—connected to the seasons, the land, and all living things.
Whether through a mindful walk or time spent outdoors, nature can offer a quiet kind of companionship. Research continues to affirm what many of us intuitively know: time in nature supports our wellbeing.
Community and Connection
Healing doesn’t only happen in solitude—it can also happen in community. Alongside individual sessions, I offer group programs that nurture collective care, creativity, and connection.
In group spaces, we witness and support one another, share stories, and grow together. These are spaces to be seen, heard, and held—just as you are.
